2008년에는 날씬한 다이어리를 위해 속지를 반쪽짜리를 썼더니 효용이 확 떨어져서 이용률이 형편이 없었다.
연말이 가까워오니까 더 열심히 쓰려고 노력중.

여차저차해서 2009년에는 새 플래너 바인더 (껍데기)를 쓰게될 것 같은데
음.. 고민이네.

News update for the upcoming Asia offsite!
Please refer the attached Oxxxx Asia Offsite 2008 Agenda.

I have also highlighted some points to take note of, kindly refer to below:

 
1) Flights. Your flight tix are reserved/booked. Once your e-tickets are issued; I would forward your e-ticket receipt/confirmation.

You would need to print this out and take with you on the date of your flight departure.

 2) Hotel.  For this year's offsite, everyone will be staying at Treasure Resort Sentosa

Like the previous offsite(s), this is on a twin – sharing basis. Should you have any rooming preferences, please let me know by Wednesday, 15Oct -next week.

I have provided the hotel each and everyone's details (e.g. name, flight sched, and check in, check out dates). Once you get to the hotel, kindly let them know you are checking in for the” Oxxxx Asia Offsite.”

Breakfast, lunch and dinners are arranged for everyone. Charges will go Oxxxx master account except for room top ups and incidentals.

 

With regards to transfers to hotel and back; there are cabs lined outside the airport terminal. You would only need to provide the cab driver the address of the hotel.

It would help to tell them it’s in Sentosa. Please refer to hotel address below:

Oxxxx Asia Offsite Meeting (13Nov AM).  The offsite meeting will be at the Thomson Reuters Office in Science Park. Transport services are arranged for hotel pick up and would leave the hotel at 830am. Kindly take note of the time. The meeting will start at exactly 900am. Since we’ll be at the TR office, we would have to adhere to the dress code, which is business casual – no shorts and t-shirts. Lunch will be catered at the venue.  After the meeting and lunch, a transport service is also arranged to bring everyone to the hotel.

4) Group Activities (14Nov PM).  Please refer to the other PDF attachment for the group activities. Kindly let me know by Friday, 17Oct next week which activity you are signing up for. To enumerate below are the four activities you could choose from (you may choose only one).

A)     Sentosa Attractions
B)     
Wakeboarding
C)     
Golf
D)      Spa

This is an open afternoon and should you have meetings or other agendas scheduled you have the option to “opt –out” – but do let me know. I would send a follow up email once I get all your votes for the results and any updates on group activities.

5) Teambuilding (14 Nov).  Teambuilding would be around Sentosa. As the activity would involve physical activities near Sentosa and at the beach. It is adviseable to wear light t-shirt, boardshorts (both male and female), runners or sandals (preferrably the strapped on type). With regards to the shirts, I would send a separate email re t-shirt sizes for the teambuilding.
